BIDFAME guidelines

BIDFAME is a marketplace for one-of-one items shipped directly from the creator to the winner. These rules protect both sides and keep our community trusted.

Shipping requirements

  • Timeline. Ship within 5 business days of payment. If you need more time, message the buyer.
  • Tracking required. All shipments must use a tracked carrier. Tracking number must be uploaded when marking the order as shipped.
  • Packaging. Use packaging suited to the item's value and fragility. High-value items should be insured.
  • Region. Ship to the address on the order. If you can't, contact support before cancelling.

Personalization

Creators are encouraged to add a personal touch. The following are allowed:

  • Signed thank-you note or card
  • Photo, polaroid, or printed message addressed to the buyer
  • Small unbranded gift or memento related to the item

Prohibited content:

  • Sexually explicit, violent, or hateful material of any kind
  • Personal contact info that bypasses BIDFAME (phone numbers, payment links, off-platform offers)
  • Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized merchandise
  • Anything illegal in the buyer's or creator's country

Consequences for violations

  • First minor violation: warning and required acknowledgement.
  • Repeated or serious violations: listing removed, payouts held, account suspended.
  • Illegal content or fraud: permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

Reporting issues

Buyers can report a shipping problem from their order page, or email support@bidfame.com. We respond within 1 business day.
