And selling personal belongings as a public figure? It’s damn near impossible.

People want you to reach out personally. They want that connection with you. I get it—but obviously, I can’t do that with everyone. There had to be an easier way to give my fanbase a chance to own my things.

That’s why I built BIDFAME.

Someone bought my mug for $120 USD in a three-hour auction. I jokingly called it my “janky mug.”

An everyday item to me meant something to someone who follows me. That’s the part that stuck with me.

Creators, musicians, athletes and entertainers have things like that sitting around: something from a video, a show, a game, or just their everyday life. There’s a story behind those things. And sometimes, there’s a fan who would love to keep a piece of it.

BIDFAME gives verified creators a place to auction personal belongings, signed collectibles and experiences.

The money can support the creator, an approved charity, or both. You choose.

You don’t need to come up with another product or turn it into a huge production. It can start with one thing you’re ready to let go of—or an experience you’d enjoy sharing with your community.

I wanted a way for fans to get my things without trying to organize every sale through messages.

BIDFAME brings the auction, payment and order updates into one place. Creator identities and listings are reviewed before auctions go live, so fans can see who an item comes from and where the proceeds are going.

I’m building the platform I wanted to use myself. A place where something I’m ready to part with can become something a fan treasures—all while helping me or a good cause.
